Collection and storage of personal data, type, purpose and use

If you are a member, we collect the following information:

  • Salutation, first name, last name, date of birth
  • A valid email address
  • Postal address
  • Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
  • Bank and transaction data
  • Information required to perform the respective contractual relationship, such as data on hair treatments with specific requirements or colour codes used.

This data is collected:

  • to identify you as our member;
  • for correspondence with you;
  • for invoicing.

Data is processed at your request and, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, is necessary for the stated purposes for the proper handling and mutual fulfilment of obligations arising from the contract. Personal data is stored until the statutory retention period expires and is then deleted, unless longer tax or commercial obligations apply or a consent under Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR exists.

Transfer of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for any purpose other than those listed. Data is not transferred to a country outside the EU. Insofar as required under Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR, data is in particular forwarded to:

  • the appointed tax advisor for financial accounting,
  • banks and payment service providers for processing payments.

Your rights as a data subject

You have the right:

  • to withdraw consent at any time under Art. 7 (3) GDPR;
  • to request information about the personal data processed under Art. 15 GDPR;
  • to request correction of inaccurate or completion of stored data under Art. 16 GDPR;
  • to request erasure of your data under Art. 17 GDPR;
  • to request restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR;
  • to request data portability under Art. 20 GDPR;
  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR.

Right to object

Insofar as personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are grounds arising from your particular situation. An email to the address above is sufficient.

Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data minimisation and only store your data for as long as is necessary to achieve the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.

Collection of general information when visiting our website

When you access our website, general information is automatically collected (server log files, e.g. browser type, operating system, domain name of your internet service provider). This information does not allow conclusions to be drawn about you personally and is processed in particular to:

  • ensure a smooth connection,
  • ensure smooth use of the website,
  • evaluate system security and stability,
  • for further administrative purposes.

To protect your data during transmission, we use current encryption methods (e.g. SSL) over HTTPS.

Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)
